Amended plans for Lily Farm submitted

The Parish Council has received notification that Planning has received revised information for the planning application

23/02317/FUL  Lily Farm, Cattle Hill BA7 7NF

What are the amendments?:

Following comments received from Natural England, Somerset Council has received an updated Nutrient Neutrality Assessment. This Technical Note replaces the previous Appendix I of the drainage statement submitted and clarifies average number of visitors per unit and also clarifies that the 3rd existing dwelling house is to be 'lost' as it is converted into short stay holiday accommodation within the proposed total 8 units of that use. Also received is a Manufacturers PTP Logbook, which includes Chapter 5 on Maintenance Strategy.
